Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
  • 0.75 cup coconut cream
  • 0.5 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Directions

  1. Add chia seeds, coconut cream, flaxseed, water and vanilla to a small pot
  2. Stir and let it sit for 5 minutes
  3. Add butter and place pot over low heat
  4. Keep stirring as butter melts
  5. Once porridge is hot/not boiling, pour into bowl
  6. Enjoy!
  7. Add a few berries or a dash of cream for extra flavor
