Ingredients
- 4 haddock fillets, 5 ounces each, boneless
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
- 1 cup coconut, shredded and unsweetened
- 0.25 cup hazelnuts, ground
- Salt to taste
Directions
- Pre-heat your oven to 400-degree F
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
- Keep it on the side
- Pat fish fillets with paper towel and season with salt
- Take a bowl and stir in hazelnuts and shredded coconut
- Drag fish fillets through the coconut mix until both sides are coated well
- Transfer to baking dish
- Brush with coconut oil
- Bake for about 12 minutes until flaky
- Serve and enjoy!
