Ingredients

  • 4 haddock fillets, 5 ounces each, boneless
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
  • 1 cup coconut, shredded and unsweetened
  • 0.25 cup hazelnuts, ground
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  1. Pre-heat your oven to 400-degree F
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  3. Keep it on the side
  4. Pat fish fillets with paper towel and season with salt
  5. Take a bowl and stir in hazelnuts and shredded coconut
  6. Drag fish fillets through the coconut mix until both sides are coated well
  7. Transfer to baking dish
  8. Brush with coconut oil
  9. Bake for about 12 minutes until flaky
  10. Serve and enjoy!
