- Seasons scallops with salt and pepper
- Take a skillet and place it over medium heat, add oil and let it heat up
- Saute scallops for 2 minutes per side, repeat until all Scallops are cooked
- Add butter to the skillet and let it melt
- Stir in garlic and cook for 15 minutes
- Return scallops to skillet and stir to coat
- Serve and enjoy!
