Ingredients

  • 4 pounds pork shoulder
  • 2 teaspoons oregano
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Pre-heat your oven to 250 degree F
  2. Rinse meat and wash well, rub the meat with seasoning
  3. Take a roasting pan and cover with aluminum foil
  4. Transfer meat to the pan
  5. Cover with another foil and transfer to oven
  6. Bake for 9-10 hours
  7. Remove meat, increase oven temperature to 500 degree F
  8. Return meat and bake for 15-20 minutes more
  9. Let it cool, slice and enjoy!
