Pure Broccoli Rib Eye

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces butter
  • 0.75 pound Ribeye steak, sliced
  • 9 ounces broccoli, chopped
  • 1 yellow onion, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon coconut aminos
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Slice steak and the onions
  2. Chop broccoli, including the stem parts
  3. Take a frying pan and place it over medium heat, add butter and let it melt
  4. Add meat and season accordingly with salt and pepper
  5. Cook until both sides are browned. Transfer meat to platter.
  6. Add broccoli and onion to the frying pan, add more butter if needed
  7. Brown
  8. Add coconut aminos and return the meat
  9. Stir and season again
  10. Serve with a dollop of butter with a sprinkle of pumpkin seeds
