Ingredients

  • 2 boneless salmon or trout fillets
  • 0.3 cup sour cream
  • 2 tsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 0.5 tsp dill
  • 1 tsp lemon zest

Directions

  1. Mix all the cream ingredients and spices together in a small bowl.
  2. Season with salt and pepper to taste and set aside.
  3. Lightly grease a shallow pan and cook the fillets for 2-3 minutes on each side (for a medium to well-done result).
  4. Serve on a dish and pour the sauce on top or on the side. You can serve it also with some broccoli or asparagus for an extra kick of taste and nutrients
