Ingredients

  • 3 large whole eggs
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon pesto
  • 2 tablespoons creamed coconut milk
  • Salt and pepper as needed

Directions

  1. Take a bowl and crack open your egg
  2. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper
  3. Pour eggs into a pan
  4. Add butter and introduce heat
  5. Cook on low heat and gently add pesto
  6. Once the egg is cooked and scrambled, remove heat
  7. Spoon in coconut cream and mix well
  8. Turn on heat and cook on LOW for a while until you have a creamy texture
  9. Serve and enjoy!
