Simple Pork Stuffed Bell Peppers

Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon Cajun spic
- 1 pound pork, ground
- 1 tablespoons tomato paste
- 6 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 yellow onion, chopped
- 4 big bell peppers, tops cut off and deseeded
- Pinch of salt
- Black pepper as needed
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
Directions
- Take a pan and place it over medium-high heat
- Add oil and let the oil heat up
- Add garlic, onion and cook for 4 minutes
- Add meat and gently stir cook for 10 minutes
- Season with salt and pepper according to your desire
- Add Cajun seasoning and tomato paste
- Stir cook for 3 minutes more
- Stuff bell peppers with the mix and transfer to a pre-heated grill, top with cheese
- Grill for 3 minutes (each side)
- Divide between plates and serve; Enjoy!
