Ingredients
- 6 white fish fillets
- 1 cup vegetable stock
- 1 red and 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup Marinara Tomato Sauce, low carb
- 1 green onion, sliced
Directions
- Add vegetable stock, red bell pepper, green onion, sliced bell pepper, and green onion into your crockpot.
- Mix them well.
- Pour the tomato sauce.
- Season it with salt and pepper.
- Place the fish fillets and fill them with hot sauce carefully
- Cook for 6 hours on low heat.
