Ingredients
- 0.5 cup chicken breast, cooked, boneless, and skinless
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 0.5 teaspoon coconut aminos + 4 cups low sodium chicken broth
- 0.5 cup green beans, frozen
- 0.25 cup green onion, sliced
Directions
- Add chicken stock and soy sauce to a saucepan.
- Place it over medium heat.
- Bring the mix to a boil and add green onions, peas, and chicken.
- Stir it and bring the mix to boil once again.
- Remove the heat and slowly drizzle in the egg.
- Set it aside for a few minutes.
- Stir and transfer into a serving bowl, then ladle the soup
- Serve and enjoy!
