The Rutabaga Wedge Dish

Ingredients
- 2 medium rutabagas, medium, cleaned and peeled
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 teaspoon onion powder
- 0.125 teaspoon black pepper
- 0.5 cup buffalo wing sauce
- 0.25 cup blue cheese dressing
- 2 green onions, chopped
Directions
- Pre-heat your oven to 400 degree F
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
- Wash and peel rutabagas, clean and peel them and cut into wedge shapes
- Take a skillet and place it over low heat, add butter and melt
- Stir in onion powder, salt, onion, black pepper
- Use seasoned butter to coat wedges
- Arrange wedges in a single layer on baking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes
- Remove and coat in buffalo sauce and return to oven
- Bake for 15 minutes more
- Place wedges on serving plate and trickle with blue cheese dressing. Garnish with chopped green onion and enjoy!
