Ingredients
- 24 ounces extra small shrimp
- 8 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
- 32 ounces chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 0.5 cup butter
Directions
- Add mushrooms, chicken broth to a soup pot and bring to a boil over high heat
- Lower heat to medium and add cream, butter and cheese
- Stir until cheese melts
- Lower heat to low
- Cook the shrimp as directed and add them to the soup pot
- Stir and enjoy!
