Cheese Dredged Shrimp Soup

Ingredients

  • 24 ounces extra small shrimp
  • 8 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
  • 32 ounces chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 0.5 cup butter

Directions

  1. Add mushrooms, chicken broth to a soup pot and bring to a boil over high heat
  2. Lower heat to medium and add cream, butter and cheese
  3. Stir until cheese melts
  4. Lower heat to low
  5. Cook the shrimp as directed and add them to the soup pot
  6. Stir and enjoy!
