Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons ghee
- 2 boneless chicken breasts, skinless
- Pink salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 0.5 cup mayonnaise
- 0.25 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tablespoon dried Italian seasoning
- 0.25 cup crushed pork rinds
Directions
- Pre-heat your oven to 425 degree F
- Take a large baking dish and coat with ghee
- Pat chicken breasts dry and wrap with towel
- Season with salt and pepper
- Place in baking dish
- Take a small bowl and add mayonnaise, parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning
- Slather mayo mix evenly over chicken breast
- Sprinkle crushed pork rinds on top
- Bake for 20 minutes until topping is browned
- Serve and enjoy!
