Parmesan Garlic Cauliflower

Ingredients

  • 0.75 cup cauliflower florets 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 clove garlic, sliced thinly
  • 2 tbsp shredded parmesan 1 pinch of salt

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F/175°C.
  2. On low heat, melt the butter with the garlic for 5-10 minutes.
  3. Strain the garlic in a sieve.
  4. Add the cauliflower, parmesan, and salt
  5. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden.
  6. Serve and enjoy once done!
