Shrimp And Bacon Zoodles

Ingredients

  • 1 lb of fresh peeled and deveined shrimp
  • 1.25 cup of salted butter
  • 2 cloves of garlic mashed
  • stripes of beef bacon, chopped
  • 1 zucchini, made into zoodles using a spiralizer or mandolin slicer

Directions

  1. Heat a skillet, add the butter and shrimp and cook for 2 minutes on each side.
  2. Add the garlic and cook for another minute.
  3. Remove the shrimps from the heat and add the bacon and the zucchini noodles in the garlic oil. Cook tossing for 4-5 minutes.
  4. Return the shrimps to the bacon zoodles, toss, and transfer to a deep dish.
  5. Sprinkle optionally with some freshly grated parmesan
