Ingredients
- 2 oz of spinach leaves
- 2 oz tuna, packed in water
- 0.25 tsp ground black pepper
- 0.25 tsp sea salt
- 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
Directions
- Take a salad bowl, place spinach leaves in it, drizzle with 1 tbsp oil, sprinkle with 1/8 tsp of salt and black pepper, and then toss until mixed.
- Top with tuna, sprinkle with remaining salt and black pepper, drizzle with oil and then serve
